Channel Settings and Intake History#
The Channels page manages receiving addresses, channel status, and integration settings. Enabling a channel does not approve orders automatically. All channels flow through intake history and then into the same order review queue.

Email#
Email settings include the receiving alias, email intake toggle, existing mailbox integration, provider, email address, username, app password, IMAP host, port, folder, and polling interval.
After connecting an existing mailbox, run a sync test. If it fails, check the app password, IMAP host, port, and folder name first. You can pause sync or disconnect the mailbox during incidents.
Order Portal#
Portal settings include portal slug, display name, order intake toggle, pre-login price visibility, and option display mode.

Use list-style option display for simple products. Use grouped option selection for products with many color, size, or packaging combinations. Decide pre-login price visibility based on your sales policy.
KakaoTalk#
KakaoTalk settings include intake toggle, Kakao address, personal Kakao channel settings, skill URL, skill header name and value, and guide card content.

If you connect your own Kakao channel, add the skill URL and header value in the Kakao admin console. Regenerate the header value if it may have been exposed.
For the customer-facing intake flow, see KakaoTalk orders.
SMS#
SMS settings include intake toggle, webhook URL, webhook header name and value, provider query URL, and provider memo.
Send a short test message after connecting an SMS provider and confirm that the original text appears in intake history.
For phone matching and manual intake behavior, see SMS orders.
Intake History#
Intake history shows raw events before or after they become order candidates.

Use it to filter by channel or status, search events, review the original sender and content, ignore events that should not become orders, delete incorrect events, process an event into an order candidate, or open the generated order.
