For urgent issues affecting your ability to process orders, flag your email as high priority and include “URGENT” in the subject line so the team can triage it quickly.

Book a Setup Consultation

All new customers are offered a 30-minute setup consultation with a StackCube team member. During the consultation, the team helps you:

Upload your product catalog so the AI can map customer item names and descriptions to your canonical SKUs accurately.
