Connect Naver Mail#

Customers keep using the existing Naver address while StackCube imports new orders from the connected mailbox.

1. Enable IMAP in Naver Mail#

  1. Open Naver Mail on a computer.
  2. Go to Settings → POP3/IMAP settings.
  3. Enable IMAP/SMTP.
  4. Save the change.

2. Create an app password#

  1. Open the Naver account security settings.
  2. Enable two-step verification.
  3. Create a new app password.

Use the app password, not the normal account password, when connecting StackCube.

3. Connect the mailbox in StackCube#

  1. Open Channels → Email → Connect Naver Mail.
  2. Enter the Naver email address and app password.
  3. Save the connection and select Sync.

4. Check a new test email#

  1. Send a new message to the Naver order address from another email account.
  2. Find its sender and subject in Channels → Intake history.
  3. Open the created order in Order management.
  4. Check that the body and attachments are complete.
