StackCube offers four plans designed to grow with your wholesale operation — from a lean team handling a few hundred orders a month to a multi-entity enterprise processing thousands of orders across seven or more channels. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial so you can validate the full workflow with your real data before committing. Pricing scales with monthly order volume and the feature depth your team needs, not the number of users.
All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Your workspace, catalog, and channel configurations carry over when you activate a paid plan.

Choosing the right plan

Start with the plan that matches your current monthly order volume, then check whether you need AI matching and customer pricing — those features activate at Growth. If you receive orders from more than three distinct channels today, or if your logistics partner requires a non-standard CSV format, start at Scale. If your operation spans multiple legal entities or you need to connect StackCube to an ERP system, contact the team about Enterprise.
When in doubt, start one tier lower and upgrade. Upgrading takes effect immediately and your data and configurations carry over without interruption.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade at any time from your workspace billing settings. Upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, but access to new features — such as AI cleanup or additional channels — activates immediately after confirmation. You will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month.
An order is a single inbound request from one buyer that results in one or more line items being processed through the review queue. A single email with five line items counts as one order. Duplicate submissions of the same order (for example, a buyer who sends the same spreadsheet twice) count as two orders unless the duplicate is detected and merged before processing.
StackCube will notify you as you approach your plan’s order limit. Orders above the limit are queued and will not be lost, but they will not be processed until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins. Contact support@stackcube.io if you need a temporary limit increase.
Starter and Growth plans include 3 intake channels. If you need a fourth channel, you will need to move to Scale. During your trial or setup consultation, your onboarding specialist can help you prioritize which three channels to connect first if you are evaluating Starter or Growth.
Annual billing options are available and include a discount compared to monthly billing. Contact support@stackcube.io or ask your onboarding specialist for current annual pricing.
ERP and API integration requires the Enterprise plan. If your team relies on an ERP system (such as SAP, NetSuite, or a custom platform) as the system of record for orders and inventory, StackCube’s Enterprise plan provides the integration layer to connect the two systems. Reach out at support@stackcube.io to start an Enterprise evaluation.
