StackCube is built to eliminate the friction of managing orders across dozens of channels, formats, and customer systems. Whether you’re evaluating StackCube for the first time or looking to get more out of your current setup, the answers below cover the questions our customers ask most often. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to the team directly at support@stackcube.io.

General

StackCube consolidates orders from email, KakaoTalk, SMS, spreadsheets, PDFs, and a built-in order portal into a single review queue. Instead of toggling between inboxes, chat apps, and shared drives, your team works from one place regardless of how each customer prefers to send orders. Channel availability varies by plan — the Scale plan unlocks seven or more intake channels — so check the pricing page if you need a specific channel supported.
No — and that’s intentional. StackCube’s AI organizes incoming messages into order candidates and surfaces them in a structured review queue, but your team makes every approval decision. The AI handles the tedious work of parsing unstructured messages, mapping item names, and applying the right pricing; a human reviews and approves each order before it is confirmed. This keeps your team in control while removing the manual data-entry work that slows most order workflows down.
Yes. Each customer tends to use their own shorthand for products — “blue 500ml” from one buyer might be the same SKU as “cobalt half-litre bottle” from another. StackCube’s AI maps those varied descriptions to the canonical SKUs registered in your account, so you don’t need to train every customer to use your exact terminology. The AI learns from the context of each customer’s ordering history, making matches more accurate over time.

Orders & Pricing

The order portal is a customer-facing, self-service page that StackCube generates for your repeat buyers. Instead of composing an email or message, a customer logs into their portal, selects from their usual items, and submits the order directly. The submission lands in your review queue just like any other channel. The portal is especially useful for high-volume customers who place frequent, predictable orders and want a faster, more structured experience than free-form chat or email.
Yes. You can create and assign a price list per customer, and the AI automatically applies the correct list when it processes that customer’s orders. This means you can honour negotiated rates, volume discounts, or promotional pricing without manually cross-referencing a spreadsheet at review time. Per-customer pricing is available on the Growth plan and above.
Yes. After you approve an order, you can download a carrier-ready CSV file to hand off to your logistics provider. Custom carrier CSV formats — tailored to the specific column layout your carrier requires — are available on the Scale plan. On Starter and Growth, you receive a standard format that works with most major carriers out of the box.

Integrations & ERP

ERP and API integration is available on the Enterprise plan. This allows StackCube to push approved orders directly into your existing ERP, warehouse management system, or other back-office tools via API, eliminating the need to manually re-enter confirmed orders downstream. If you’re on a lower-tier plan and need a specific integration, contact support@stackcube.io to discuss your requirements.

Onboarding & Fit

Most customers are up and running within one to two weeks. The process starts with a 30-minute setup consultation where a StackCube team member helps you configure your channels, register your SKUs, and set up customer price lists. From there, your team can begin processing real orders. If you have a more complex setup — multiple entities, custom integrations, or large SKU catalogs — the Enterprise plan includes dedicated onboarding support tailored to your timeline.
StackCube is purpose-built for teams managing a meaningful volume of orders across multiple channels. It’s not the right tool if:
  • You only need ERP functionality (inventory management, accounting, procurement) without a channel-based order intake problem.
  • Your team receives only a handful of orders per month, where the overhead of a dedicated platform outweighs the time saved.
If you’re unsure whether StackCube fits your workflow, book a free consultation and the team will give you an honest assessment.

Security & Data

StackCube applies multiple layers of protection to your order and business data:
  • Encryption in transit — all data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Password hashing — credentials are never stored in plain text.
  • Signed URLs — file and asset access is time-limited and authenticated.
  • Least-privilege access controls — team members only access what their role requires.
  • Logging and backups — activity is logged and data is backed up regularly.
On the AI side, StackCube uses the OpenAI API to process order data. Your customer data is never used to train AI models. You can also request that AI processing be deactivated for your account. For the full details, see the Security page or email support@stackcube.io.
