View order analytics#
Open Analytics to view orders from the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or select Custom range. You can select up to 366 days ending no later than today.
Dates use order creation time in Korea time. Amounts sum quantity × applied unit price for orders created in the range that are currently approved. Sample and unpaid orders are excluded. Order counts also exclude rejected orders.
Summary#
- Approved order amount: value of currently approved orders created in the selected period
- Orders: orders created in the selected period
- Active customers: customers that ordered, split into new and repeat customers
- Pending review: all orders awaiting approval, including those waiting over 24 hours, regardless of the selected dates or currency
If the workspace uses more than one currency, select a currency at the top of the page.
Order trend#
Switch between order amount and order count, and group the chart daily, weekly, or monthly. Weeks start on Monday. Partial weeks and months include only the selected dates.
The solid line shows the selected period; the dashed line shows the preceding equal number of days. Exact comparison dates appear in View details. Monthly grouping still compares equal day counts, not the previous calendar month. If the range includes today, results so far are compared with full days in the previous period.
Select a summary amount or count, a chart point, or a value in the period table to see the matching orders, 20 per page. Select an order number to find it in Order management.
Customers and items#
The tables show the customers and items with the most orders. Two more tables show customers whose order amount decreased and items whose order quantity increased from the previous period.
If a value looks wrong, check the period and currency first. Also check whether some orders are rejected or still waiting for approval.
