View order analytics#
Open Analytics to view orders from the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Amount totals include approved orders only.
Summary#
- Approved order amount: value of approved orders in the selected period
- Orders: orders received in the selected period
- Active customers: customers that ordered, split into new and repeat customers
- Pending review: orders that still need review, including those waiting over 24 hours
If the workspace uses more than one currency, select a currency at the top of the page.
Order trend#
Switch the chart between order amount and order count. If a date changes sharply from the surrounding dates, find those orders in Order management.
Customers and items#
The tables show the customers and items with the most orders. Two more tables show customers whose order amount decreased and items whose order quantity increased from the previous period.
If a value looks wrong, check the period and currency first. Also check whether some orders are rejected or still waiting for approval.
