Check the audit log#

Settings → Audit log records when key workspace data is created, changed, or deleted.

Find a record#

Filter the list by:

• Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or one year
• Create, update, or delete
• Orders, order lines, items, SKUs, customers, price tiers, and settings
• Item code, SKU, customer code, or order number
• Email address of the person who made the change

Select View change history from an order's menu to open the audit log with that order number already entered.

Check the change#

Open a record to compare the previous and new values. It also shows the request path and request ID. A change made during impersonation includes the impersonating account.

If a value is unexpected, check the person and time, then open the affected record. The audit log does not undo a change; edit the value from its original page.
