StackCube Docs#

StackCube brings email, KakaoTalk, SMS, spreadsheet, PDF, and order portal orders into one place. Incoming orders are not approved automatically. Your team reviews the customer, items, quantities, prices, and source message before approval.

StackCube does not replace your ERP. Use it to receive and review orders, then send approved order data to your ERP or fulfillment team.

Start in this order#

  1. Use Try a sample order to see how an order is received and organized.
  2. Connect one order channel that your customers already use.
  3. Confirm that your first real order appears in Order management.
  4. Add or sync the items needed for that order.
  5. Add customers when you need repeat-order recognition, pricing, or integrations.

You do not need to migrate every item and customer before starting. Email, existing KakaoTalk rooms, and SMS can receive an order before its customer is registered. Begin with one channel and one real order, then add reference data as it becomes necessary.

What StackCube does#

  • Receives orders from email, KakaoTalk, SMS, files, and order portals
  • Extracts customers, items, and quantities from messages and attachments
  • Applies aliases, attributes, unit conversions, and customer-specific prices
  • Keeps the source beside the editable order for review
  • Sends order statements and new order notifications
  • Sends approved orders to carrier CSV files or your ERP and shows order analytics
