StackCube Docs#

StackCube is a B2B order intake system for wholesale and distribution teams that receive orders through KakaoTalk, SMS, email, Excel, PDF, and private order portals. It brings every incoming order into one review queue where your team confirms customers, items, quantities, prices, and shipping details before approval.

StackCube does not replace your ERP. It sits before ERP entry and removes the manual work that usually happens across inboxes, chat rooms, spreadsheets, and carrier upload files.

What StackCube helps you do#

  • Consolidate scattered orders from chat, email, spreadsheets, PDFs, and order pages into one operational queue.
  • Use AI to prepare order candidates by extracting customer names, item names, quantities, delivery notes, and attachments.
  • Match items and prices by customer using your catalog, aliases, price tiers, and special prices.
  • Approve with a human check so AI organizes the work but your team keeps control before shipment.
  • Download carrier-ready CSV files after approval instead of rebuilding upload files by hand.

Common setup path#

  1. Create a workspace and decide which team members manage orders.
  2. Upload or enter your item catalog with SKUs, options, aliases, and prices.
  3. Add customers, internal assignees, portal access, and pricing references.
  4. Connect the first intake channel, usually email forwarding or manual upload.
  5. Review real order candidates, tune matching rules, and enable carrier export.
