New order notifications#

Open Settings → Notifications and choose where to receive a notification when a new order arrives.

Email and Alimtalk#

• Email is sent to the order assignee's email address.
• Alimtalk is sent to the mobile number in the assignee's My profile.

An assignee notification cannot be sent when the order has no assignee. Assign the customer or choose a default order assignee.

Connect Slack#

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Slack.
2. Select Connect to Slack.
3. Choose the Slack workspace and channel that should receive notifications.
4. Test the connection.
5. Return to Settings → Notifications and turn on Slack.

To choose another channel, select Change channel in the Slack settings. Disconnecting Slack also stops new order notifications.

If a notification is missing#

Check that the order has an assignee and that the assignee's email and mobile number are correct. For Slack, check the connected channel and run the connection test again.
