Getting StackCube running for your team does not require a lengthy implementation project. Most teams go live within one to two weeks, moving through four structured stages: exploring a pre-loaded sample workspace, activating a free trial, attending a 30-minute setup consultation, and flipping the switch to live intake. Each stage is designed to give you hands-on familiarity before you commit to a configuration — so by the time real orders start arriving, your team already knows what to expect.
1

Explore the sample workspace

Before you connect any of your own channels or data, spend time in the StackCube sample workspace. It comes pre-loaded with realistic order scenarios across several channels — email threads, a spreadsheet upload, a PDF purchase order, and chat messages — so you can experience the full review queue without any setup. What to do in the sample workspace:
  • Walk through the AI review queue and approve or adjust sample order lines
  • Check how item candidates are matched against a sample catalog
  • Download a sample carrier CSV to see the output format
  • Note any workflow questions to bring to your setup consultation
Use the sample workspace to align your team on what the review queue will look like day-to-day. A 15-minute walkthrough with your ops lead before the consultation saves time and surfaces configuration questions early.
2

Start your free trial

When you’re ready to work with your own data, activate your 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial you get access to the full feature set of your chosen plan so you can validate the workflow end-to-end before committing. Before you start the trial, gather:

Customer list

A list of your active wholesale accounts, including any alternate item names or pricing tiers each customer uses. This seeds your catalog matching rules.

Channel inventory

A clear list of the channels your customers currently use to send orders — email addresses, chat IDs, SMS numbers, or existing portal links.

Item catalog basics

Your product list with SKUs, canonical item names, and standard pricing. Even a rough export from a spreadsheet is a good starting point.

Carrier format sample

A sample of the CSV format your logistics or fulfillment partner requires for order uploads, so StackCube can be configured to match it.
You do not need a perfectly clean catalog to start. StackCube is designed to handle messy, real-world data — bring what you have and refine it during the consultation.
3

Attend your setup consultation

Every trial includes a complimentary 30-minute setup consultation with a StackCube onboarding specialist. Book this session as soon as you have explored the sample workspace — it is the fastest way to get your specific channels and catalog configured correctly. What happens during the consultation:
  • Connect your first intake channel (email, KakaoTalk, SMS, or upload)
  • Import or map your item catalog and customer pricing rules
  • Configure your carrier CSV output format
  • Walk through the review queue with your real data for the first time
  • Set user roles and notification preferences for your team
Invite the team member who will manage day-to-day order review. Having the primary user present means they leave the call knowing exactly how to handle the queue on day one.
Questions to prepare:
  • Which channels do your top 10 customers use today?
  • Do different customers have different price lists?
  • How many team members need access, and do any need admin-level permissions?
  • Does your carrier require a specific column order or file naming convention?
If you need more than one consultation session or want to connect multiple channels before going live, your onboarding specialist can schedule follow-up calls. Enterprise plan customers receive dedicated onboarding support beyond the standard consultation.
4

Go live

Once your channels are connected, your catalog is mapped, and your team has reviewed a test order end-to-end, you are ready to go live. Flip your intake channels from test mode to production, and StackCube begins capturing real orders immediately.Go-live checklist:
✅ At least one intake channel connected and tested
✅ Item catalog imported with SKUs and pricing
✅ At least one customer account mapped with their item aliases
✅ Carrier CSV format configured and sample download verified
✅ Team members invited and roles assigned
✅ Notification preferences set (email or in-app)
Typical go-live timeline:
StageTime required
Sample workspace exploration30–60 minutes
Trial activation & data prep1–3 days
Setup consultation30 minutes
Channel testing & refinement2–5 days
Total time to live1–2 weeks
Do not retire your existing order intake process on day one. Run StackCube in parallel with your current workflow for the first week so your team can catch edge cases and refine catalog matches before fully switching over.

Getting help

If you run into questions at any stage, reach out to the StackCube support team at support@stackcube.io. For configuration questions specific to your channel setup or catalog structure, your onboarding specialist is your best first contact during the trial period.
You can connect multiple channels during the trial. Your setup consultation covers one channel in depth, but your onboarding specialist can help you plan the sequence for additional channels in the same session or in a follow-up call. Scale and Enterprise plans support seven or more channels simultaneously.
Yes. StackCube supports bulk order history import as part of the onboarding process for Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Bring this up during your setup consultation and your specialist will walk you through the import format.
At the end of your trial, you choose a paid plan to continue. Your workspace, catalog, channel connections, and order history are all preserved. If you need more time to evaluate, contact support@stackcube.io before your trial expires.
