Receive orders through the chatbot#
Use this method when customers already know the items and quantities they want. The order link opens the StackCube chatbot and chat window.

1. Check the order link#
- Open the order link under Channels → KakaoTalk.
- Check that the KakaoTalk chatbot and chat window open correctly.
- Enter an item and quantity for a test.
2. Share the link#
Send the verified link to customers. They open it and submit items and quantities in the chatbot.
A first-time customer enters a registered customer ID, business registration number, or customer code. Register the customer in StackCube before sharing the link. StackCube remembers the linked KakaoTalk user for later orders.
3. Check the first order#
- Have the customer send a new order through the link.
- Find the source in Channels → Intake history.
- Search for the created order in Order management.
- Check the customer, items, and quantities.
File orders#
Photos can be sent in the chat. Use the chatbot's File upload action for Excel, CSV, and PDF files.
Advanced: connect a company-owned KakaoTalk channel#
Connecting a company-owned KakaoTalk channel requires developer settings.
- Copy the Kakao skill URL and header value from StackCube.
- Create a skill in Kakao i Open Builder and enter the URL and header.
- Attach the skill to the block that receives order messages.
- Test on a development channel, then deploy it to production.
Treat the header value as a credential. If exposed, regenerate it in StackCube and update Kakao.
